The widget doesn’t appear on the product page

Cause Fix
The theme app embed is off Theme editor → App embeds → enable Nock Deals. See Add the widget to your theme.
Automatic placement can’t find a spot on a heavily customized theme Add the “Nock Deals widget” block for exact placement, or use the placement picker under Settings › Storefront widget.
The product isn’t targeted by any campaign Check the campaign’s targeting — see Targeting.
The campaign isn’t actually live Draft never publishes; Scheduled waits for its start time; Expired means the end date passed. See Scheduling and status.
The campaign hasn’t finished syncing to Shopify Check its Checkout state on the Status card — “Publishing…” usually clears within seconds.
Cause Fix
The campaign is Draft, or Shopify paused the discount directly (deleted, expired, or deactivated it) Open the campaign in Nock Deals and turn it back on to republish it.
The last publish failed Shopify rejected the update. Open the campaign, check its products, and use Try again.
Your campaign sales quota for this period is used up Campaigns pause automatically at the cap. Add a sales pack, upgrade, or wait for the reset — see Packs and quotas.
Another automatic product discount already applies to the line Quantity break and Buy X get Y campaigns don’t combine with other product discounts. Check Shopify admin › Discounts for a conflicting automatic discount.

A campaign is stuck publishing, or shows “Failed”

Checkout state is separate from the campaign’s own Draft/Active/Scheduled/Expired label — see Scheduling and status for the full model. If it doesn’t clear on its own:

Cause Fix
Still mid-sync Give it a little longer — a campaign with many products (“Writing product data…”) takes longer than a simple one.
Shopify rejected the update Open the campaign, check its products, and use Try again.
Cause Fix
The campaign is new Analytics appears once a shopper views a product the campaign applies to, in the selected date range.
The date range is too narrow, or looking at the wrong window Widen it, or double-check the custom range’s dates.
The widget never rendered, despite product traffic The theme’s layout likely has no anchor the embed recognizes. Fix placement — see Widget layouts.
The widget renders on fewer than half of product views It’s probably sitting below the fold for most shoppers. Move it with the placement picker.

Home shows “Campaign sales cap reached — campaigns are paused” once your active campaigns’ combined net sales hit your plan’s 30-day allowance. Shoppers still see the widget, but checkout stops applying the discount.

Fix: add a campaign sales pack for an immediate top-up, upgrade your plan, or wait — the exact reset date is shown next to the warning. See Packs and quotas.
