Packs and quotas
The 30-day period
Section titled “The 30-day period”Your quota period is a fixed 30-day cycle that starts the day you install Nock Deals, and it never moves. Upgrading, downgrading, or buying a pack changes what you’re allowed right away, but never shifts when the period itself resets — “Resets in N days” always lands on the same date no matter what you do to your plan in between.
When you reach the cap
Section titled “When you reach the cap”Reaching your campaign sales allowance doesn’t turn your campaigns off. It pauses the discount: the widget keeps showing shoppers the levels, but checkout stops applying the discount until either the period resets or you add capacity. That’s deliberate — a campaign that vanishes outright the moment a store has a good day is a worse outcome than one that pauses discounting while staying visible.
Home warns you once you’re close to the cap, before it’s reached, and gives two ways to keep discounting without waiting for the reset: add a sales pack, or upgrade your plan.
Add-on packs
Section titled “Add-on packs”Two packs top up a plan’s limits, each billed every 30 days like the plan itself — not a one-time purchase:
| Pack | Adds | Price | Maximum quantity |
|---|---|---|---|
| Campaign sales pack | +$1,000 campaign sales this period | $2 / 30 days | Free & Starter: 4 · Growth: 5 · Scale: 10 |
| Extra offer slot | +1 active campaign | $3 / 30 days | Free: 2 · Starter: 5 |
Growth and Scale don’t sell the Extra offer slot pack — both plans already run unlimited active campaigns, so there’s nothing for it to add.
Changing plans
Section titled “Changing plans”Nothing about your pack quantities blocks a plan change. Switch to a plan whose maximum for a pack is lower than what you’re carrying, and your quantity is brought down to the new plan’s maximum automatically rather than refusing the switch — for example, 10 campaign sales packs on Scale become 4 if you move to Starter. The change is recorded in your billing history. Raising a pack’s quantity on your current plan, by contrast, is capped strictly at that plan’s maximum — you can’t request more than the plan allows.
